It was good. Since I was just alone. Unfortunately to retrieve was keys was confusing and quite complicated since I was not tech savey and being a senior. Maybe the best thing would transfer the location of the keys somewhere in the mail room or near the reception area.

Really enjoyed my stay at this townhouse. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, which made it easy to relax. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for a smooth stay. The backyard was a great bonus. This was a great balance of comfort, convenience, and privacy. I’d definitely stay here again!

Apartment was spotless. Well stocked with cleaning supplies. It was fantastic having the washer dryer as we had spent time in Iceland then were travelling onto New York so we were able to freshen up our clothes. We had an ample supply of towels and bedding. We had a little difficulty on check-in with gaining access to the lift within 2 minutes but once we got it there was no issues afterwards. Loved the location. Plenty of grocery stores, the CN tower and the Roger’s centre. The views from the apartment were fantastic. Would highly recommend this accommodation and would certainly use it again if we return to Toronto,

The unit was clean, and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Location was good. Many different restaurants within walking distance, including a supermarket Loblaws. Communication with the Global Stay team was efficient. We have enjoyed our stay.

The space was bright and nicely arranged. Made our trip more enjoyable.
