Hotel close to Fort BraggPosted Sep 14, 2015
Pros: We liked the location of this hotel.
Cons: Cleanliness of this hotel could be improved.
Location: There were many new restaurants and shops in walking distance.
We were given a dog friendly room with a charge of $49.00 plus taxes in addition to the fee for the room. The clerk said this was so the room could be steam cleaned after our stay. The floors had obviously not been steam cleaned in quite a while. The mattress had a rip on the side and the side chair was also ripped. The shower had mold in the ceiling and the fire alarm had been dismantled and had not battery. The staff removed the extra fee when I pointed out these deficiencies. We were also denied a military discount because we had paid through Expedia. The upside is that the hotel was close to Fort Bragg and many shopping and eating outlets.

Emergency tripPosted Jul 14, 2015
Pros: The hotel was centrally located. The room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: I can't think of any improvement except maybe better television programming. I really didn't need that.
Location: It was a nice location. The restaurants, stores and gas stations were all on the street the hotel was on.
I needed to find a nice hotel near a lot of restaurants, stores etc. I went to North Carolina for a family emergency. When we arrived at the hotel, everything was set up and the room was ready. Everything was convenient in the hotel and we had a nice breakfast the next morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall it was a nice stay for a short trip.

Great ServicePosted Jul 14, 2015 on Hotels
We originally reserved a non-smoking with 2 queen beds. When we arrived it was 78 degrees in the room. The mechanic came immediately and told us the air conditioner was completely frozen. He then immediately called the front desk (the were completely full)but he insisted that we get a room. We were given a suite which was awesome. Thanks Comfort Inn!!

horriblePosted Jul 14, 2015 on Hotels
Started off with the front desk charging me for a room I had already paid for which of course takes "3-5 business days to reimburse" so that took money away from my trip. Then get to the room and the toilet is pulled away from the wall so the bathroom smells like someone just used it for a #2. The chair had tears in it with no attempt to fix. The air conditioner was super loud. To top it off the hotel was booked so no option to change rooms. We were staying here monthly due to our military assignment now we won't be going back.
