“Our family enjoyed the stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Eagle, Boise, Idaho. Our room was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a week-long stay. The breakfast was good, offering a variety of food and drinks. The kitchen staff maintained a clean, inviting environment to start the day. Ginger was especially helpful and friendly. Elizabeth, who was staffing the front desk, was very helpful, especially with using the business office. My wife used the workout facilities……

“Cheap upgrades and lacking in cleanliness. While the staff was kind, our beds were comfortable, and the room was adequate…the bathroom was horrendous. Mold, shower curtain jammed into the Sheetrock to hold it in place, cracked tile. We stayed in room 228 and the bathroom needs some major help. Breakfast ends at 9am instead of 10am. There were people drinking in the hallway upon check-in. Not the worst place to stay if you need to book close to College of Idaho. Otherwise, I’d book elsewhere.”

“Stayed in the kitchenette style room. Building is older but was kept fairly clean. Pretty quiet and decent parking for truck and trailer. Staff was very friendly. I’d repeat my decision next time I’m in town. ”

“The heating system does not work correctly. The room averages 75°. In order to cool it down the air conditioner freezes you out. If you shut it off the room returns to 75°. Which is uncomfortable to sleep in. The floors are not mopped very often. The bed is a rollaway or hide a bed left over. The TV does not rotate depending on room position. I would not recommend this hotel”
