"So...the property was beautiful...the rooms were clean and nice...now the front desk...?? It doesn't match the rooms or property...So the girl was not too friendly..she mentioned a 150 deposite and on the 3rd party website it did not mention a deposit...also she told us there was breakfast..and my daughter was excited but didn't mention it was a cold breakfast which i think she should of let us know before hand...everytime we ask a question she acted like i was bothering her...i expected a more welcoming and nicer attidude for such a beautiful hotel...…""So...the property was beautiful...the rooms were clean and nice...now the front desk...??
