Lots of work being done parking lot roped off and it was hard to get suitcases to and from car. Curtains were old and plastic on back had holes in it and the hooks at the top were broke and it hung open at the top. In the bathroom there was 4 light bulbs and only 2 or them worked and the other 2 would only blink off and on every once in awhile like a stobe light. This is really not their fault but the room next to me had people staying that had kids cried and screamed from 6:30 to after midnight and the lady would scream at them. I tried the phone to call the desk there was no phone service no dial tone nothing the next morning at 8am it all started again, I went to front desk no one there finally a worker came from the dining area and asked what I needed I told her I wanted to change rooms and was told to come back around 5pm because they were cleaning rooms and I needed to wait to see if I could change. I told her that I had stayed there several times before and never had these problems and I am not one to complain and usally will let things go but I could not get any rest like this. When I went back down around 2:30 there was another lady and she told me that the people had just left so I didnt have to be moved. when I got home I had my cell phone company call about a possible fraud on my account. I did log into their wi-fi there and someone hacked my account and tried to order phones. I will never use their wi-fi at all.
