4/5 - Good
There are some unique shops and parts of town were quite pretty. The area surrounding the hotel is slummy. Perhaps management could work with neighbors to create an environment that is more aesthetically pleasing.

Room size was ok, may need more cleaning. I can see some dust on the table. But generally it was very good, compared with the price.

Clean rooms although bathroom was outdated and not enough space for toiletries - also don’t forget your body wash and shampoo/conditioner :) ample parking, friendly staff. Would stay again.

Clean, pet friendly, passible water pressure, and extreme kind and helpful staff. We only stayed one night, but it was the best stay of our trip.

Property was quiet. Great place to stay with pets, but there were a few neighborhood dogs that roamed around to watch out for. Host had amazing communication before, during and after our stay.

Tiny is the way to Stay! The accommodations were perfect! I have family in Monahans and it was nice to cook a meal for them. The only issue we had was workers were on our roof putting up Solar panels, making so much noise. Hopefully that has been completed, because we will definitely be staying ...

We were here to visit family. Town industry is the oil field. What can one say?

No reason to live or stay in Monahans unless your working in oil field or just passing through.
A lot of oil and gas work and a ton of construction. Maybe once they are finished with everything Monahans will be a nicer place to visit.
We are in area for work. Nothing else really to do here
