There are some unique shops and parts of town were quite pretty. The area surrounding the hotel is slummy. Perhaps management could work with neighbors to create an environment that is more aesthetically pleasing.

Room was good. Staff was ok. I work nights and they were just truly loud while I was tryin to sleep. But they weren’t bad and did keep rooms clean. All machines were out of order. Such as washer and dryers. Vending machines.

Property was quiet. Great place to stay with pets, but there were a few neighborhood dogs that roamed around to watch out for. Host had amazing communication before, during and after our stay.

No reason to live or stay in Monahans unless your working in oil field or just passing through.

A lot of oil and gas work and a ton of construction. Maybe once they are finished with everything Monahans will be a nicer place to visit.
