“Very nice property first time my wife and I stayed there. Unfortunately when we checked in the receptionist told us that if we would’ve went directly through them, it would’ve been cheaper than using Expedia. I thought Expedia was the best deal? live and learn.”

“Apparently a staff member called out for work. I'm assuming it was the person in charge who kept complaining to any employee within earshot about this person calling out. Offended she had blocked her call. This person obviously needed the day off for personal reasons and did not want to take your call harrassing her to come in anyway. And as a guest, I definitely didn't need to hear about the situation through my entire breakfast. Unprofessional.”

“I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels up and down Route 30 in PA and this was my least favorite so far. After checking out and going to my car, there was an employee dumping a large tub of something from the side door that went over the parking lot. It was the grease from breakfast! There was no way around it and it was slippery and the dog also had to walk in it. Absolutely disgusting, unsafe, and unprofessional. While pet friendly and there is an elevator, there is only one small area out back……

“Great location with Cemetery Hill just to the north good parking, clean and quiet, 24/7 coffee in the lobby breakfast is average but the view is great from the breakfast room on the third floor several good restaurants and two breweries within 1000 foot walk ”

“The room/staff/breakfast was fine. My only complaint is the one I've always had - Those dinky little round toilets. I haven't used one of those since I left my childhood home. I recognize the the bathrooms are space-constrained, but gosh I wish you could do something about getting an oval toilet in those rooms.”

“The Federal Pointe Inn of Gettysburg has so much history! It was originally constructed to be a school so the ceilings are extra high. The bedroom was spacious and the bathroom was large, but could have used better lighting. The bedrooms also lacked hooks for ease of hanging outer wear as the closet was located in the far end of the room away from the door. When we stayed, it was Easter Sunday so the restaurant and bar was closed, so we didn't get to enjoy restaurant/ bar, but we did walk……

“Exceptional and relaxing stay. I was astounded at how clean this property was. Owners obviously put a lot of care and consideration into their work. Breakfast was unique and delicious, friendly and low key. Appreciated the individual tables. We visit Gettysburg frequently and will definitely be back. I’ve stayed at a lot of places in the area but this Inn is top notch given mix of cleanliness, tranquility, ease of parking, proximity to walking the Battlefield and kind, courteous and……
