“This property is nice and very newly renovated. The rooms and the common areas are decorated beautifully. My room and all the common areas were very clean. The front facing staff could use a little work. My check in process was very awkward and every interaction with the reception staff with different people were all equally as awkward. Nobody was rude but it felt like none of them had ever had any experience in hospitality. To end on a positive note Jean Georges restaurant was very good. I had……

“The staff is so nice and amazing. Even when I was stumbling into the hotel room at 6am after being out all night they greeted me and chuckled. This place is super nice and the lights are cool. My only complaint is that the rooms ARE SO SMALL. Which would be fine if the price per night was cheaper. If I was staying here for a couple days it would be perfect but I stayed for 7 nights and I had about 4 feet of floor space. Hopefully the prices go down a bit and then this hotel would be a perfect……
