“good hotel, nice staffs”

“Wonderful stay at Didsbury House Hotel, just a one night stay could have definitely stayed longer. Beautiful hotel and the staff go above and beyond so very friendly.”

“We stayed in a room that is more spacious than average ones. Clean and tidy. Staff are very polite and hospitable. Buffet style English breakfast is served, and quite tasty. The kitchen even takes simple orders to suit your needs. Guests can also use the pool and gym for free, which is rare for many hotels. Lots of parking spaces. The only concern is that the room has no air conditioning. During a summer day it could be rather hot and stuffy.”

“隔音有改善空間，沒有支裝水，毛巾一般乾淨”

“Room did not match the photos The beds were that close together there was so room to put your legs out The headboard didn’t match the beds so your head hit the wall The bed hand a duvet under the sheet but not the whole way so there was a dip at the top of the bed. The room was freezing, scanned the qr code to request help, no response. Told the front desk and they send up a heater said they would get someone to look at it didn’t come. Bathroom freezing. It was a really stormy night There……

“Everything”

“The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. All the beds were broken in some way & extremely uncomfortable, no decent nights sleep were had by the 6 of us. 1 room had a burnt out extension lead. Dark coloured futon with……

“Near to T2! Only one staff is helpful. Others are poor !”

“Pleasantly surprised at the size of the premium room with amenities and even 2 bottles of drinking water plus room slippers! Wish I was staying longer than 1 night. Very convenient location to train station and T2.”

“A convenient and stylish place to take rest, especially after a delayed long flight. The bar / restaurant at night could be a bit busy, but the room is comfortable, high privacy and does not bring hesitation to use. Breakfast is a plus. Spacious and quiet dinning area.”

“Nil”

“沒想到11點後沖涼是沒有熱水”

“Toilet door cannot be locked”

“虽然离市中心逛街的地方有一小段距离··但是这个酒店价格合理··床很舒服·还有自助早餐~”

“The Room is not clean enough, the restaurant reception staff was not in good service. We left the restaurant and chose to dine in nearby hotel ”

“Would stay again. Good location and having parking is a bonus.”

“Thank you brilliant service as allways”
