Clean, modern, and convenient little hotel—we stayed overnight after a concert at nearby Pine Knob. Staff was joyously friendly and helpful with information and even guidance on a shuttle available to and from Pine Knob. I will definitely book here again. It’s perfect!

We arrived at 11am and they let us check in WOW that was amazing.The staff was very Friendly and Professional.We ordered room service and when it came the order was really messed up.We called and they not only fixed the error but threw in a free desert and had it there in 15 minutes with 2 hot meals.The place was very quite and peaceful.Great location to everything.A full size fridge which was great and we cooked in the room. We will definitely be making this our go to place from now on.

Seriously, this hotel was so perfect that the hotel we stayed at during the second part of our recent Labor Day trip to Michigan just didn't compare!! We wanted so badly to drive back to Novi and stay there, but we had already (apparently) pre-paid for the second hotel (which was horrible). We were so bummed!
