"Safe area, clean hotel. Coffee empty. No water in AM"

"I booked with Expedia a month ahead of time and because the hotel overbooked, they cancelled my reservation and lied to me, saying Expedia cancelled it. The manager on duty 4/4/26 about 6pm also lied to me and then would not come back out to speak with me after I talked to Expedia. A nightmare for my grandkids Spring Break vacation"

"Room was clean, breakfast was hot with a variety. Staff was courteous. Only downfall, pool is permanently closed"

"Mostly a pleasant day, there must be a reason that microwaves are not in the rooms but having at least 1 on the floor with rooms for physical challenges would nice. Warming up food in the kitchen microwave and you are onthe 5th floor means a trek."
