If you’re looking for a place that is very walkable from local attractions and food, look no further! Great location. Big apartment that didn’t have us feeling on top of each other. We had everything we needed, with amenities like the gym included. Overall great stay, definitely enjoyed this property!

Overall we had five apartments for thirteen people. The office maintain good communication with us and the staff was very helpful. The on-site staff person tried to take care of our needs and even made taxi reservations for us. The apartment size gave us visiting space and the kitchen and clothes washer were handy. The only problem we had was an occasional foul sewage odor in one of the apartments. The in-house staff tried to resolve the problem, but didn’t completely resolve the issue. The location is excellent and the major attractions are within easy walking distance. We would stay here again.

The property is centrally located to some of the most historic sites in Florence like the Ponte Vecchio and Piazza Signoria. Had a few small hiccups like a malfunctioning front gate, but overall I would recommend staying here.

Well positioned next to the Ponte Vecchio, and easily walkable to the Duomo, Uffizzi, Pitti Palace etc. A few minor glitches, but response time on WhatsApp, and in person where needed, was incredibly quick. A good location, pleasant flat, excellent service

Very clean and spacious place within walking distance from Firenzes main attractions, restaurants and bars. Stayed one night so the location was very convenient for us, as the parking garage was also nearby. Communicating with the staff was easy and friendly and they were extremely helpful!

Nicely located and easy access to main area of Florence. The only things I didn’t like were it was very noisy at night. Windows don’t absorb noise and it smelled a little like sewer in the washroom area, but parts of Florence smelled like sewer water.

This apartment was absolutely amazing as it is clean, spacious and modern. Was easy to communicate with property management and they quickly responded to questions. The location is fantastic as you can walk places very easily. I highly recommend the this place.

This unit needs additional tables, bookcases or some where to put various things. It is rather absent of a place to set things on as there are only 2 Small nite stands next to each end of the bed. Besides the dining room table, there are no other tables or book cases. At least one English language TV station would have been helpful. AC was excellent and most welcome. Area can be noisy at night from people on the street in front or other people in the same apt building.
