The front desk staff are excellent/very helpful. Property is quaint/historic. However, the cleaning staff often forget to replace used items. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Rome, Ga. Remember to be kind; everyone is very friendly/helpful when approached.

Only downside— the complimentary breakfast was mediocre. Food wasn’t as hot as it should be and not the best coffee

We didn't spend much time at the hotel, but the property was very clean, the location was convenient, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the Breakfast Bistro that served Starbucks drinks was very nice. If we had had time, I would have loved to go walking on the levy and Riverwalk. Next time. We would stay here again.

We were greeted by a gracious host who did everything to assure our comfort. Our room was tastefully furnished & very clean. We will visit again.

I rate them high because they provide a very clean, comfortable room at a very good price. The staff is extremely friendly & will go the extra mile to accommodate you. We were not looking for modern conveniences, just a good place to spend the night. If you are looking for a new, modern room with new carpet & pictures on the walls, then I would not recommend it to you.

Really clean, cute, simple standard room. It felt really cozy! The staff is super friendly, check-in was easy. Wish there was another washer & dryer, there was only one set, but still was convenient to do laundry on my long trip. Highly recommended! Would definitely come back again.

Easy access to tournament place and restaurants. Family friendly environment. Cleanliness which the important for us - excellent.

The room was clean and everything worked. No issues with keys or anything. But the customer service is why I will come back time and again. I was created with cookies and hot coffee at check in. Quick and easy and super friendly. Check out was just as quick and super friendly. The breakfast was the real star though. I’ve never had eggs and biscuit so and gravy at a 2 star hotel let alone a 3 or some 4 stars. They went above and beyond in these aspects.

Room was nice, but the shower rod was broken and the shower didn't drain very well.

We had a wonderful stay at the Malone Home. The entire house was newly renovated with nice upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms. The property owner was very responsive with any questions we had.

We enjoyed staying here. The decorations are adorable, and we liked the privacy. However, the beds were very uncomfortable (we each slept in a twin,) and the place is like mere feet from a very busy highway. To someone who is used to no traffic sounds, the constant traffic made it harder to fall asleep. The place was clean, but coffee grounds were not trashed from last use.
