“Super nice”

“This was our first time in Washington and I would caution everyone to avoid NW if possible. Was convenient to the DC Streetcar however the unit is located almost directly over a liquor store and the walk to it was dicey. I wasn't aware but apparently pot is legal and used openly in public. Would not have brought the kids had I been warned. The unit itself was TINY. We felt pretty safe being on the 3rd floor but it was quite noisy from the traffic and late night partiers across the street....

“The house is very clean and the Location is close to DC monuments and the White House, but the neighborhood is one in which you have to be cautious about. All in all, we had a great time.The property manager, Mr Yonas is very good at responding to questions and our every need!”

“Andre’ was very nice! The home has some stunning features and in a quiet neighborhood. Pros:Pet friendly, beautiful artwork in the home, very nice furniture throughout the home. We felt safe with our little family and dog walking in the neighborhood. There is very little grass at this property, but plenty of sidewalks to walk dogs with grass. Everyone we spoke to was very nice. There is a metro stop close by! Cons:If staying during hot summer months, the AC upstairs in the bedrooms is limited. I...

“Pictures and description were accurate. Owner very nice, but procedures could have been more forthcoming. Beds, pillows and towels were excellent. Window AC was below average in sweltering heat and not the best. Nice seating and tables, just small. When there was an issue, owner was on top of it. Overall positive stay. 2 BR cheaper than 2 hotel rooms. ”
