Hello Sunshine! This little gem, 1 bedroom/2 bath (1 full bath and 1 half bath) condo, is conveniently located on the quiet south end of the island across the street from the beach. It's perfect for a wonderful budget-friendly island vacation in the sun. Santa Maria Resort Condominium Complex sits on canal waters and is lined with boat docks.

The lovely master bedroom features a king sized bed, large flat screen TV, private lanai access and newly remodeled en suite master bathroom featuring a huge walk in shower. The large living area has comfortable seating, large flat screen TV, and a half bath. (Sleeper sofa can accommodate two guests) The living area leads to a lovely screened in lanai. The unit also has a newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, dishes, pots and pans for your cooking needs.

For your comfort, fresh linens and clean towels are stocked in anticipation of your arrival. There is free WiFi and a full sized Washer and Dryer in the condo to keep those swimsuits and towels fresh and dry and ensure that no one goes home with a suitcase full of dirty clothes. For your convenience, there are building elevators, a secured lobby and ample on site parking.

Property amenities include an oversized heated swimming pool - the largest on the island - along with ample poolside chaises for sunbathing. There's a hot tub, BBQ gas grills and you can fish right from your own fishing docks. You can walk across the street to the beach, where you can paddle board, parasailing, collect seashells, rent wave runners or just watch our world famous sunsets. Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again.
