“We arrived early on the 14th the women behind the counter immediately said we don't do check-in till 3 we ask if we could sit in the bar and wait she said "I don't have time to do that and clean rooms" we left to go somewhere else for awhile then went back very rude women. We went and got settled in came out to the bar and no one there then I see her and ask if we could a drink her reply god you people are neadie. Customer serve is surely lacking.”

“Breakfast was a little weak”

“Cute little place on Lake Superior! The place was very clean and the staff was very kind & helpful. The hotel has a popcorn bar with fixings from 4-7pm in the lobby and smores in the evening out on the patio area, both were a great “free” perk! Only things that weren’t great was that the hot tub is pretty small (capacity of 5 people) and the balconies don’t have a lot of privacy. Otherwise a very nice stay!”

“This place was nice mostly, it was clean and the location was good. The main complaint was that our tv didn’t work. The gal that worked there put in good effort to fix it but ultimately it never worked. It was clean and the breakfast was decent. I would stay here again and just hope the tv worked.”

“Breakfast was waffles and frozen biscuits sandwiches! No elevator and it's a 3 story building. Check in is on 2nd floor and you have several stairs to go down to get to front door. Paid for 2 queens and got 2 doubles.”
