“A quick weekend stay in Ellicottville for my wife’s birthday and we stumbled onto the Lincoln. Dan was extremely attentive, ensuring that we had access to the property and no additional needs. After we ascended the stairs to the unit, we were quickly impressed by this lovely, newly-renovated space. furnishings were cute and appropriate, there was so much light in the unit, and it’s clear they put a lot of thought into it. The beds were extremely comfortable, the king-size pillows were amazing.……

“The room looked nothing like the pictures on this site. No one is there to greet you. Never saw a human. You have to call and then wait for them to return your call. The room and bathroom was very old. Bed creeks every time you move. The tub/shower was peeling and we had to kill several spiders before we could get in. Originally booked 6 days but quickly realized this was not where we wanted to spend our time.”

“I stayed there for a fleeting moment for my son‘s college orientation. The room was very nice. Slept like a baby. No sounds you might hear in a hotel - it was absolute silence. The owner was gracious and accommodating of any needs that I might have had. I would definitely book a room there when visiting my son at college.”

“The property is old but mostly clean. Unfortunately it was not as advertised. I specifically needed enough beds for four people. I reserved a room that advertised a king bed and queen futon. There was a king bed but no futon. There was a queen air mattress… They sold me the room with a “made to order full breakfast”. Apparently that’s only on the weekends. Unfortunately false advertising. I would have booked elsewhere had I known there was NOT 2 beds. And NOT a full breakfast.”

“Smallish facility but well maintained and very comfortable. Very close to St Bonaventure college and suspect hotel is valued by university visitors. Would certainly stay again.”
