"I had pointed out to the desk person about the accessible parking. She said let me come outside with you and tell me what was wrong. I did and she immediately got what needed to be done and she then proceeded to walk around the building and could see that the accessible parking needed much improvement; especially the front entry way. She stated she was going to write to the head person so they would understand what needed to be done. All the staff was very helpful and easy to talk with."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel in Neenah, Wisconsin! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great place to stay, and we truly enjoyed our time there. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"

"Great breakfast selection and it was maintained and replenished for the most part. Room was large and clean, but the shower could use a new shower head. I think that thing has been in there since the hotel was built. Overall, a great stay I’d rebook if I’m back in the area."

"This was a great hotel to stay at. As always, they do have the best cookies. That said, the hotel is in a convenient location, staff is wonderful, and overall clean! The only thing I could gripe about are the pillows. Great bed, bad pillows. If you’re someone who likes a very firm pillow, maybe bring your own. It was an awesome hotel and we would definitely stay there again."
