The property manager sent a repairman—and he was tremendous. However—he worked on the door lock for over 2 hours without success and finally literally used a crow bar to force the lock to break and let us in. He profusely apologized for the inconvenience. "Central location that was convenient to all that Fripp had to offer. We rented a golf cart to get around. We ate at the restaurants on the island, loved both Bonito Boathouse and The Beach Club ( thanks Camryn ). Beach access was convenient and not crowded. Enjoyed the live music at The Sandbar. Great first trip to Fripp Island and we will be back!"

There is an outside elevator but unknown how to use it. When we arrived we found that we needed a code to access the rental that was not provided.
