Communication with the property management was good, but check in was a little complicated as you have to pick up you key at their office, which isn't far from the unit, but difficult to access. "Had the most amazing stay at this hotel amd wish we could've stayed longer. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. The sea view was spectacular; sunset and sunrise were especially beautiful from the balcony. Breakfast had a wide selection and great coffee. We also took advantage of the snorkeling and swimming on the property which was great. Location wise, it was only a short drive from the airport and funchal. Overall this was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed and we would recommend anyone to stay here."
