"This apartment had the most surreal views! It was lovely and clean and comfortable as well. It’s a shared space but you have your own room and bathroom and the other guests were nice and didn’t disturb us at all. But the reason we rate this place so highly is because of the incredible host, Ludgero. We got in an unfortunate accident on our first day (please drive carefully on the roads) and our host offered to pick us up from the hospital and checked in with us the next day. "From the moment we were picked up at the airport, Carolina our driver and receptionist, was extremely pleasant, courteous, precise and always with a smile and happy to help (restaurant reservations, taxi arrangements, small breakfast for early morning before we left); other employees to recognize are Francisco and Claudia at the breakfast/dinner area as they were very attentive to us. Our room #11 was spacious, very clean with a beautiful open view of the Atlantic Ocean.Bed was very comfortable with three pillows for each guest. All white! Fruits and a liter bottle of water were provided at arrival in our room as well as a small bottle of water for each guest every day of our stay.Pool towels and a spacious bag for the pool area were provided. Breakfast was delicious and many varieties of fresh fruits on display. Varieties of fresh bread, cheeses. Omelette made upon request! Overall, I will highly recommend Albatroz Hotel! Thank you to the manager and the employees for making our stay a memorable experience!"
