“Awesome check in experience with Max, but the hotel is undergoing renovations, and the rooms are very dated. The lobby is redone and very nice. I look forward to returning when the renovations are done to see how the rooms are improved. I also had an unexpected “amenity“ charge on my account. I think it’s because they came in when we were away and freshened up our towels.”
