"Well kept, but very hard for my wife doing stairs. Stairs need to be better lit, very dark. Having better selection of food and beverages, milk, juice, soda."

"The villa is well presented but let down in some areas. The 4 bedrooms are good sizes but with not much furniture and the shower cubicles were a bit small. The kitchen, and particularly the fridge/freezer, is too small for 8 adults. We were keen on having some ground floor bedrooms but found the internal steps, some with marking tape and some without, were a concern for those in our party with visual difficulties. The dining table outside the kitchen was just large enough but only had 6 chairs...

"Everything was as expected and well communicated; the only shortfall was that towels and linen weren't changed as promised in the first week and we had to request the change. Otherwise it is an excellent location and very good accommodation. I would have preferred a pool table in th basement rather than a foosball table but I understand that it could be easily damaged."

"The villa is so beautiful and comfortable, has absolutely everything you need for an enjoyable holiday, very clean and spacious. Location is great, the garden is perfect in the evenings for relaxing with a nice glass of wine , so quiet and peaceful. "The property was as we expected. Very Clean. The pool was clean and the surrounding pool area was clean. Unfortunately our stay was spoiled by the fact that the neighbours had a dog which was allowed to bark at unsocial hours of the morning and night and the neighbours also didn't seem to realise how loud they were when speaking to each other."

"The place was clean and very spacious! Our unit had 3.5 bathrooms, which was great for the 5 of us. We had our own pool and they gave us beach/pool towels. The resort/complex is beautiful and everything is new and contemporary. I'd definitely stay there again."

"Villa was amazing, loads of space for 7 people. Pool is a good size and worth paying for the heating in April. Walking distance to the beach and a few bars and restaurants. Local supermarket very expensive, worth a longer walk to Aldi or spa. If unable to get an early check in, it’s worth looking at Scooby’s bar/pool. Will provide entertainment for the day aswell as having a luggage storage area. About. 20 minute walk from the villa."

We did not have a car but easily used Uber into Albufeira and only paid approx 5 euros. Would definately stay here again especially early and late in season as its lovely and peaceful ."

"The staff were excellent, they saw that I was limping when I came off the transfer and immediately checked and moved me to a ground floor room. I was really impressed! From that point they all were friend and helpful. The room was clean and had a new look about it. Location good, quiet and short walk to the beach. Short Uber ride to old town and lively side of town if you are looking for the nightlife. Happily visit again."
