"I am so glad we chose Hotel Kraft for our stay in Florence. It's about a 10 minute walk from Santa Maria Novella Train Station and the Alamanni tram stop that takes you to Villa Costanza bus terminal. The room was very nice, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable and allowed us to have a restful night of sleep. We especially enjoyed the view and fresh air from our balcony. During our stay, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet and the most wonderful and attentive staff. It was the best way to start the day! We also had a nice dinner at the hotel restaurant and the staff was also very attentive and pleasant. Overall, Hotel Kraft was definitely the best choice for my family and we can't wait to return to Florence and stay here again. Thank you Hotel Kraft staff or making our stay in Florence such a wonderful experience!"

"The room was wonderful, even had heated towel warmers which is nice in November. The hotel has an authentic feel and is beautiful. The concierge AnnaLisa was especially helpful, getting us set up with a timed visit to see the David, dinner reservations at the hotel and breakfast-to-go for one day were were doing a whole day bus tour. All staff were very helpful. Breakfast had lots of options - great food. Also enjoyed the restaurant for dinner one night."

"Excellent, courteous and helpful staff, beautiful older hotel built of three palazzos, great central location, 3 minutes walk from the duomo and 15 minutes from all the major sites and museums. Highly recommended, I would gladly spend another week there. "

Every space feels elegant and welcoming. The hotel is also within walking distance of amazing sites, shops, and restaurants, which made exploring the city very easy. I cannot express enough how exceptional this hotel is. If you are traveling to Florence, this is truly the place you want to stay.
