“The hotel was clean, the room was spacious. The beds were a little too firm for me with chronic pain issues but fine for one night. The mini fridge didn't get very cold even though turned up all the way. The ice bucket leaked by nature of design as the ice melted, no liner was provided so I washed it in the sink before use. Didn't eat the breakfast so I can't comment on that. The area didn't look nice but the hotel was nice”

“It took a full 15 minutes to get hot water in the shower. This is not an exaggeration. Was going to tell the front desk at checkout but there was no one at the desk when I left at 8 am”

“The refrigerator definitely worked because my food was frozen when I took it out of the fridge. The bed sheet had a big stain that looked like ink on it. The chair that was at the desk was a safety hazard. When I sat in the chair and placed my back against the back of it, it went all the way back. Some updating needs to be done.”

“Room was supposed to be double queen, but told that Expedia booked me King and they couldn’t change that. View was of rundown next door facility, and slight smell of mildew in room.”
