"Great property. Rooms are beautiful and the amenities are fantastic. Great restaurant and rooftop bar. I will say that the air conditioner in my room was not working. The maintenance man arrived promptly and reset it. However after a while it was obvious that it still wasn't working properly. I informed Valentina at the front desk and she immediately upgraded my room and even had a bellhop come and move all of our luggage. Valentina also gave us a later checkout due to the inconvenience. I will definitely be staying again in the future. "
