"I had an incredible stay at Metropolitan at The 9, Autograph Collection. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and truly made me feel at home. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, which made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. One of the highlights was the Christmas Bar—it was festive, fun, and added such a special touch to the holiday season. The atmosphere was amazing, and it made my visit feel even more memorable.
