“We recently stayed at Waves Hotel for four nights, and unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations.Upon arrival on May 16th, the room we received did not match what was on the website.
May 17th was my son's birthday, and we had requested room decorations to celebrate. While the staff did sing "Happy Birthday" that evening, the decorations were not provided.
