"A housekeeper tried to enter the room while we were changing because they didn't realize anyone had been checked into the room yet. Then we were woken up at 12:30 by the room filling with overwhelming skunk smell from the ac unit."

"I recently stayed here and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. It would have been appreciated if we were informed at check-in that there was no functioning air conditioning. No one mentioned anything until the next day, when we were told to turn off the unit because it was blowing hot air. We spent the entire first night unable to sleep, as the room felt close to 40°C. When we went to the front desk, the staff member did not mention any known issue and said maintenance would be sent, but there was no follow-up. Later, another staff member informed us the rooms did not have working AC due to maintenance issues. She was polite and arranged for maintenance. Maintenance explained the situation, turned off the system, opened the balcony for airflow, and suggested a fan. While helpful, it wasn’t a real solution, and we had another sleepless night due to the heat. Breakfast was also underwhelming. We arrived after the rush but still waited to be seated, and were only offered drinks at the end due to understaffing. We couldn’t switch hotels due to meetings we had, but had we known about the AC issue, we would have stayed elsewhere. Communication is key. Overall, very frustrating for the price paid and resulted in some of the worst sleep."

"Breakfast selection is amazing and completely fit my expectations of a nutritious breakfast. They even had a waffle maker to make your own waffles. I wish the staff or Expedia would have indicated that parking was not free. My party was not happy about the hidden cost but we also had to place our vehicle somewhere overnight."

"Not family friendly with you have young children… We were disappointed after arriving to find out that the hotel did not have cribs or playpens, despite showing they did on the listing… We even requested via Expedia message for a crib with no response. I visited the front desk to inquire about a crib or a refund because our child would have nowhere to sleep if they couldn’t provide one, the front desk attendant was rude and said they don’t offer refunds and they no longer offer cribs or playpens. Shortly after she instructed the head housekeeper to search the storage for a playpen, and one was delivered to our room. Seems to me that they were too lazy to have this all handled before our arrival and were hoping we wouldn’t make a fuss over it. There were also ants in our bed, and no plug for the bath tub… Not family friendly. Wouldn’t recommend this place."
