"Great home base for a stay on Chincoteague! Immaculate and modern 3BR with easy access to the pool. We recently stayed with our kids and grandkids. King size master bedroom is on the opposite side from the other bedrooms which gave us a little privacy. Spa-like shower and beautiful water view. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals and we appreciated the washer and dryer. My kids had so much fun crabbing and fishing off the docks. Amazing sunsets! "Upon entry we were all impressed with the spacious beauty of 309. Everything was clean and inviting. We were left a few household paper products (you'll need tissues and extra toilet paper) and soaps to get us started. Each guest was provided one towel, and linens were left on the edge of the beds so that you know they're clean. You'll have to make your bed upon arrival. The gym space, beautiful balcony area, stunning views of the bay, and close proximity to some great shops and restaurants...

The condo layout was perfect for our family - the beds were so comfortable! The host was super communicative and gave us great recommendations for our stay. "The condo is a bit dated and the master bath, with tub to ceiling steam shower, is not practical - high step to get into and cannot turn water on without being in the shower. No dishwasher, but a huge wine fridge - again rather impractical. Few dishes and odd cabinets make retrieving pots etc difficult. This condo is for an older couple or a single person - just not functional for young kids or physically impaired. View, however, cannot be beat!"

"The condo was very nice and roomy. Overall everything was nice. However, I would recommend bringing your own pillows and linens. The ones provided were just not adequate. Also the screens on the sliding doors need replacing. Had to keep slider shut because bugs were able to get through where the screen separated from the frame."

"The condo was great. Fully stocked kitchen with everything younwould need to cook. Rooms were spacious and bright. It was a great location with lovely views on the balcony. The condo pool and gym were also really nice. Loved the island and the location of the condo. We walked to town often!"

"It was a little difficult to find, but in a quiet area. Bedroom MAY be warm in summer because the AC is only in the living room/ kitchen area. The heat worked very well, but the thermostats were very inaccurate. 50F was closer to 75-80. Even my freezing wife was very warm"

Lovely path to small deck, just beware of droppings everywhere!😂 We booked a 2 bedroom through Vrbo, but got there to find only one. Owner knows so this discrepancy should be rectified.Definitely will come back:)"
