“It is a beautiful upscale property. The rooms are very comfortable & had all the amenities you needed. Very good location making it accessible for anything you wanted to do in the area.”

“Overall the stay was pleasant. The cottages are well maintained. This property is still developing so there was active construction. It listed some amenities that were not yet available and some that were only available through a weekend stay which we did not have with a Sunday-Tuesday booking. I would rate the experience as nice would return after the construction is more complete.”

“The hotel itself, grounds rooms were beautiful, clean and very convenient and located. Views were beautiful from the oceanfront room that we had. The problem is with the food. The restaurant should be called the Mid wyn The breakfast was absolutely mediocre. The eggs were sitting there from 7 AM, but most disappointing was the dinner. We ordered the most expensive tomahawk on the menu and it came under half a pound of lettuce which was sketchy to begin with. After trying to cut a few bites, it……

“Location was the best. Enjoyed using the pool. View from the room of the Long Island sound was incredible. We had dinner at Haylard restaurant. On the premises and it was delicious.”

“Large rooms, clean - very well designed - clean, fully renovated - wonderful renovation. Lots of staff - so very attentive. Great place - will definitely go again and highly recommend it. Pool is big enough....BUT....important to get your towel down before 9 to have a seat - was not over crowded at all (and it was July 4th weekend) - but it could potentially get crowded.....so just a tip.”

“We had a great stay overall. Everything was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable, and we really appreciated the excellent service. The only constructive feedback I’d like to share is about the toiletries. The soap and shampoo provided were very low quality and came in very small amounts. Unfortunately, they caused some skin irritation for me. Considering the price of the hotel, I think it would be worth investing in better-quality toiletries.……
