7/10 Good! (2,053 reviews)
We booked a Queen room and compared to many other hotels we've stayed in it was extremely small. It was so small and cramped that we decided to upgrade to the suite with the kitchen and living area for an extra $20 a night (even the king sized bed room was about the same size as the queen). That room was decently sized and away from the old building with it's own key card access. The new secure building was still a little shady as there were several homeless people taking shelter down below so our view wasn't the best lol.
I would recommend not staying in the older building because it was extremely hot and muggy (maybe because the main swimming pool was just there). Also if you don't like stairs it's not for you as it seemed like a maze just to get to our room with no elevator. We asked for help with our big bags because there was no way I was carrying my big suitcases up and down those stairs just to get to my room. Atleast our bellboy was helpful. I think the only positive thing was the location was near a lot of stores and within walking distance of a really good all-you-can-eat Japanese buffet resteraunt. The people staying in the hotel seemed really low class though and just weird but maybe it's just me because I'm from Alberta lol. Anyway, it's a decent place if you're on a budget but I probably wouldn't stay there again if I'm ever in Kelowna again but I doubt I'll visit again because everything in Kelowna was super expensive compared to Airdrie or Calgary.
