“This hotel was a great price and we expected it to be less amazing because of it. It did not disappoint. It was a great location, close enough to everything but far enough away that it was peaceful. The room was great minus the wood door to the bathroom that was a bit water damaged so it was very difficult to close. That was the only issue. Everything else was incredible. We will be back for my birthday next year!”Cynthia

“The property was nice overall, and the rooms were generally clean, although I did notice a stray hair in the shower and another on the sheets. The pool area was beautiful, with a great view of the ocean. However, there are speakers outside, so if you’re hoping to relax to the sound of ocean waves crashing, the music can interrupt that experience.
The bathroom also had a sewage-like smell, although I suspect that may be more of an island issue than something specific to the property.

“What a great team at Hotel 't Klooster in Willemstad, Curaçao!
The people working at this lovely boutique hotel (formerly a monastery) in Willemstad go out of their way to create a feeling of home, friendliness and warmth and they succeed!!
The hotel is delightful, with a inner court yard with seating areas, buffet breakfast, swimming pool, in a quiet area but close to many great restaurants. Comfortable rooms with AC. Bar and onsite Mediterrean tapa restaurant Oliva.
