"Not sure why the parking lot has a sign saying we need to pay for parking. The parking lot is huge and not many cars there, probably less than 10% occupied. Hotel did wave our parking fees. Just wondering why it has the sign in the first place. Staff are nice. The bathroom sink was clogged but still usable. Only one elevator was available. The other one was in maintenance or something. Probably better to check with hotel if it has been fixed before you book."

"They did not have a double bed room Available when we arrived despite my reservation. They ended up placing us in the handicap room in order to accommodate us into a double bed. The room had a smell the hallways also had a bad smell. Overall not very impressed. "

"My hotel stay was great. The hotel was like new, and the room was immaculate. The staff was awesome."

"Staff is very rude. Unwilling to help with anything. Annoyed that I asked for more towels. Stayed there 4 days. Last 2 days there was no water. Couldn't shower or brush our teeth. Asked to speak to a manager, they said she doesn't work in the office. Gave me a phone number. Called multiple times, left multiple messages. She never returned my call. We deserve a refund for the last 2 days, and they know it. But won't return our phone calls. Horrible customer service."
