"The building is old and showing its age; it needs a refresh/update. But everything was clean and well-kept, the staff was helpful and friendly, the bed was very comfortable, the hot water, HVAC, and TV all worked perfectly, and the in-town location with a view of the ocean can't be beat. We will stay here again."

"The hotel’s best asset was its 'staff' everyone we met was courteous, friendly, and accommodating. From check-in, we felt well cared for. The breakfast buffet was comparable to other hotels in its category, but the attentive staff made it stand out, keeping everything replenished all the time. One moment really pops up for us. On our second morning, my wife thought her pancake tasted a little stale. When she mentioned it to the gentleman at the front desk, he immediately apologized, went and checked and tasted the batter, and agreed something was off. And immediately made a fresh batch to replace it. That’s what I call first-class customer service! My only regret is forgetting his name. Kudos to him!"

"This an old hotel that has been updated. Had slight musty smell that air freshen took care of. Great bed. Kitchenette was well stocked for cooking. Would stay there again"

"Great place. Pet friendly, with blankets bowls etc easy walk to beach. The room had everything we needed and was clean. (Coffee pods, towels etc.) Great value. Would return in future. Activities on site too"

"Room was nice, a bit tired but well equipped. No real view - shrubbery was too high. Only got a snippet view of the ocean. Should not state that the room has an ocean - it’s deceptive."
