“Our second stay here and never disappoints. The staff go above and beyond. We actually forgot an important piece of our luggage, they called us and kept it secure until we returned for it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property. ”

“They advertise a business center, they do not have one. There is only 1 vending machine at the hotel, AND IT WAS OUT OF ORDER. My room did not lock, was shown to hotel employee, they were not concerned. Staff was very rude”

“The room smelled like dog, the carpet was wet in the room, the tv remote did not turn on off the tv,floor lamp bass was rusty, bathroom needed repaired toilet seat and tile was missing. On the good side the grandkids enjoyed the pool it’s big enough to enjoy and small enough you can keep watch of your kids. I don’t think the pool towels were washed they just put them in a dryer and at times no towels were available. Most important my grandkids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was typical, hotel……

“Our first room had a strange odor and the bed sheet had a boot-tread stain on it. We requested and were given a new room, which was cleaner and didn’t smell. The heater/AC is inches from the bed and is loud.”

“The room was nice and breakfast was good, but when we went to go to the pool, it was down. The front desk said it would be closed for the duration of our stay and that there was no chlorine. We traveled with 7 children and chose this hotel with the pool for a reason. We were very disappointed, especially because a lack of chlorine in the pool is completely preventable. No communication at check in regarding the pool. It felt dishonest. ”

“Not the best...and not the worst. Reserved King room with sofa bed. When I got into my room, there was no sofa bed, just a chair. Went back to the front desk and requested room with sofa bed. Owner said that there were none available...they were taken. After pointing out that the parking lot was empty, and other discussions, he came up with a room with a sofa bed. (there were only a few guests that stayed at the hotel that night) The room was OK. It was clean but the bed had a huge……

“Questioned how well things are cleaned between guests. The refrigerator in our room still had food in it from previous people. Did mention it to the desk and got a "sorry". The guy that checked us in didn't really seem to know what he was doing either. ”
