2/10 Terrible

"Staff are all liars who refuse to let you speak with them GM. They also make excuses for everything. Bathroom door broken and no privacy. Staff refuse to fix any complaints. Microwave broken turn table. Soap dish filthy. Floors scratched and awful. Window blinds broken. Was told manager would speak with me but never talked. They hide and refuse to answer complaints. The bed is the worse part of all. It squeaks every movement. Its literally the most awful bed ever. Property is junk. Refuse to offer discounts or comp a night to make up for the horrible quality service. Staff also accused me of banging when it was upstairs banging for over 4 hours. Viktas Ghandi runs all the wyndhams in harrisonburg and all of them are run down and terrible I stayed in Super 8 and it had mice in the room. I called the building inspector and they said there was already complaints in progress. Dont stay here unless you dont care about dirty broken rooms with broken everything."

"Highs: -Great Breakfast -Nice enough Pool -Spacious room with great kitchen -Surprisingly comfortable couch sleeper Lows: -Unhelpful staff... needed to leave at exactly 7:AM, front desk and dining staff would not let me in to the breakfast at 6:57 A.M. to simply grab a muffin. Told me to wait three minutes. Ride showed up, and I went hungry. -Checked in on Friday, out on Tuesday. Never saw housekeeping once. Trash was overflowing so I told the front desk... I kid you not they just handed me some trash bags. -Same with towels. Front desk was bothered when I asked for more clean towels."

"I first want to say the location is good ,not the perfect to stay at with other hotels around this hotel. When I first saw it before I got out of my car was that it is a old building and the hotel is on a side road off the road.So we went in the feont staff was not a happy person. Got room keys and went up to our room . The one elverator was broken on the other side if hotel . Its out dated hotel. The room was clean and the pool area was great but the pictures they put on there sites are not what you are getting . The restaurant they have is ok. The food is ok . Very disappointing and will never stay there again. We had a group of people also and they said the same thing ."
