"The first night in the hotel was not the best and this is why I can't give a 5 stars to this review, the room assigned was facing the highway, so it was quite noisy and we had difficulty falling asleep so we went to the front desk asking to change the room to the opposite side but the guy at the front desk told us there were no other rooms available because the hotel was fully booked. However, it didn’t seem like he checked the computer to see if anything else was available. Next day, Farah the lady at the front desk was very helpful and accommodated us in a room away from the highway. That made a huge difference and made the rest of our stay much more comfortable. We really appreciated her effort and excellent customer service, the only minor thing was that the air conditioner made a slight rattling noise while running. It wasn’t loud enough to ruin our sleep, but maintenance might want to check for a loose panel or filter. The breakfast was average, with the usual options: scrambled eggs, coffee, juices, lemonade, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, small muffins, and the only fresh fruit available were bananas. The hotel is about a 30-minute drive from downtown, but driving was not an issue for us because the area around the hotel was beautiful and felt safe, with several restaurants conveniently located nearby. All together, we enjoyed our stay, especially after moving to the quieter room. Thanks to Farah's helpfulness who made a positive difference in our experience."
