“When we arrived at the room it was not what it was portrayed on Expedia. The pictures vs actual was very deceiving. Also there was mold all over the curtains. It took two days for the curtains to be replaced. On the first night, the power to the room went out. It’s Maui and hot with humidity. The host stated it was normal conditions for the island to loose power. No it was not as the entire hotel had power. “It was a great holiday in a stunning location. We enjoyed the convenience of being in a ground floor unit. A couple of concerns/issues: the kitchen faucet needs changing and it was inconvenient that the pull out bed didn’t work, as my sister & I needed our own beds. There was also a strange outbreak of creepy wormy bugs in the bathroom one night, probably from the drains? But was beyond control is my guess? Overall, a gorgeous place to stay. ”

“The view from the balcony was nice, ocean from the side. The bed was great and it was the best stocked kitchen in a VRBO that we have ever had. Kristen was terrific and very responsive.
