"We had a great stay there. The people were amazing and very helpful. The rooms are rustic but comfortable and have everything you need. There is no TV in the rooms but who needs it with the ocean views. They had great dinning and drink specials. Don’t miss the crab races on Sundays. "

"This place was just fantastic! Cheryl was phenomenal before, during and after our trip. She provided all necessary information before we got there, including setting up transportation from the airport and helping us get through customs. All of the staff were fantastic. And the property itself is right on the ocean and has the most stunning views of the ocean and sunset. The property is within walking distance of several restaurants, bars, shops and other conveniences. The property provided access to various refreshments at a nominal fee. In addition, Cheryl provided insights on the island and various travel destinations and even helped us book various excursions. I seriously cannot say enough about how amazing they were. In addition, we had some issues with our flights and despite the 2-day minimum, Cheryl provided accommodations when we ended up stuck in Honduras."

"I came to Roatan for my birthday with friends and we all four stayed at Kimpton Grand Roatan Resort and Spa. This was an extremely clean establishment and the front desk were nothing but helpful! The room was very put together and had more than enough space. The pool and beaches were beautiful and we were walking distance from the city but the hotel offered rides also. I received a birthday cake and staff ensured that I had a great time. A must stay!"

"everything about Clarion Suites is great from cleanliness, to customer service, to location which is convenient for various things one may want or need such as food and or beverage. it might be nice if at some point the pool will stay open at a later time perhaps 10pm whereas if the weather is hot one has the oppurtunity to enjoy more of this as an outdoor activity. i like the fact that free shuttle is also available to one either from the yatch and or the airport. this will be my 3rd stint at this pineapple villas and yes, i will certainly reccomend anyone to take a crack at staying at this location if so choose"

"We spent 4 wonderful nights at this property. It is away from the crowds of the main tourist locations on Roatan. The sunset views from our villa plunge pool were absolutely stunning. The entire experience from transportation from the airport upon arrival with Kenny, front desk reception Roberto and team to drinks and breakfast daily in the poolside bar/restaurant with Isaac and Sherice(apologies for misspelling), and dinner in Las Pergolas was amazing. We didn’t get to experience all that is located here including the golf course, scuba diving, and other water activities at the beach club so we plan on visiting again soon! Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!"

"If I could give 20 stars-I would! We had an amazing stay at La Placita. We were greeted in the airport lobby by the hotel shuttle, and transported in a very comfortable van to the property. La Placita is located at the end of a small shopping plaza (hence the name). This was perfect because it gave many close options for restaurants and souvenir shopping. The property is part of Mayan Princess and Las Sirenas. As a result, we had access to their pool and beach chairs. The pool is a 2 minute walk from La Placita and West Bay beach is approximately 3 minutes. The walk is simple and pleasant. The property is also close to Bananarama. Bananarama is a tourist trap with terrible service, but they have wonderful happy hour drink and food specials that you should take advantage of. What makes La Placita truly exceptional is the staff and facility cleanliness. Every person we encountered from house keeping, to the restaurant, to the shuttle drivers, to the front desk was top notch. The front desk staff (Shelby, Rose, and Jessie) always welcomed us with a smile and kind words. They were so kind with our young daughter and made her trip truly special. We had a room with a balcony that overlooked the plaza. We did not find it to be loud at night and slept very well. The balcony was gigantic. The rooms were immaculate. The rain shower in the bathroom was so refreshing after a hot day on the beach. The water was warm with great water pressure. 10/10-loved everything"
