“Excellent property but staff needs additional training ”

“Hotel is dated but definitely clean, and well kept. Staff is helpful and provided good customer service. The beach needs to be cleaned, too much seaweed and many rocks, no able to enjoy it. The good options are limited and lacking flavor, the beverage choice is lacking as well. Hotel is located a bit remotely and leaving the facilities will cost you a fortune. ”

“Great staff, great food. The beach is beautiful and very peaceful and private. The bungalow rooms have small kitchenettes and very comfortable beds. Very quiet to sleep at night. Great reef to snorkel right off of the dock at this property. Included breakfast was excellent every day. Their restaurant also serves great lunches and dinners till 8pm. Free WiFi is available on the entire premises. Recommend renting a car because nothing is in walking distance from this property. There is no pool……

“This was an incredible stay! Likely the nicest resort we have ever stayed at, we were impressed by the meticulous grounds, friendly and kind staff, and beautiful location. “We were upgrade to an Owners Suite, but it didn’t have an ocean view, but the extra amenities were worth it. Breakfast was delicious, and the beach was gorgeous. Staff were top notch. Lounge chair views were obstructed by beach vendors on one end, but we always seemed to get a lounger with unobstructed view. Afternoon snacks and Champagne were a nice touch. We will definitely be back!”
