“I had booked a room 43 of us.So the room consisted of a double bed and a pull out couch. Upon pulling out the couch, there was no bedding supplied for it. I found room service and of course no one bothered to get back to me,So my guest had to sleep with towels instead of sheets for the night and upon speaking with the manager, he said, I should have told them when we checked in that.I had needed bedding. Like, how was I supposed to know?That was something I was supposed to do. I assumed it would……

“Everything was great, very clean, the staff were super friendly, and the ocean view and the pool eve thing was beautiful we enjoyed our vacation. However, I do feel the hotel needs more lighting in the area and some minor repairs to the property. Otherwise, everything was perfect. “I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding my stay at Roatán Media Luna Resort affiliated by Meliá between 18th and 21st of March 2026, in the room # 108. The bathroom floor in my room was in very poor condition, as evidenced in the photographs previously provided. The deterioration of the flooring not only affected the aesthetics of the room but also raised concerns regarding safety and proper maintenance standards expected from a property affiliated with the Meliá……

“The room was nice and clean. The staff is what broke the place. The food was fair but nothing special. This place had a lot of potential but the people seem to not want to be there a waitress even dropped food on me without an apology.”

“What a wonderful place! As close to paradise as you can get! Casual and comfortable, with no pretension. The tidal pool was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The food was incredible! The owners, staff and the locals who frequent the place were so warm and welcoming, you come in as strangers and leave as family! Can’t wait to return! ”

“Not a very good place to stay. Had to check in and out at a different hotel which is about 10 minutes away and had to keep messaging on Expedia as there was no other way to contactstaff. No water in the room when we first arrived and the drain in the shower smelt like sewage when we first turned it on and there was dirt in the sink and trainer footprints in the shower. Very quiet and seemed like we were the only people there and there was a lot of maintenance being done and men constantly……

“If you’re looking for a tranquil and relaxing experience, away from tourists attractions, Las Verandas is the place. The grounds are well kept and the ocean views are spectacular. The restaurant on site and the poolside bar were amazing. Waitstaff very pleasant and attentive. The beach was very rocky therefore not conducive to swimming but the 2 infinity pools made up for that. We will definitely be returning for another week’s stay.”

“Beautiful beach with a restaurant and bar. Additional restaurant on the property called wikki grill. Very tasty and cool atmosphere. The room was big. We liked the walk on closet. Good ac as well My only complaint was the mattress was not comfortable. There was a big lump right where you lie and the sides of the bed tapered so you feel like you will roll off. Otherwise the place was amazing”
