For two days, we saw the same dirty spot on the floor (it looked like a dried drink), and it wasn’t until the day before we departed that they finally mopped the floors. We also saw a few roaches inside the room. They told us that this is normal in Maui, but for a hotel that charges over $1,000 a night, you expect a higher standard of cleanliness. Other than that, the hotel is located in a very nice spot, and the amenities were amazing, especially the Grotto Bar."

They make you feel special and valued. The canoe experience with the beach staff was so fun. We hated leaving :(. We will be back as this is truly paradise. Thanks for making our stay so special!
