“Our flight was cancelled and we needed help. I asked about getting the room for extra night. 500.00. I went to the airport to get help....we got rebooked for later flight....went back to hotel to see if we could get later checkout.. 200.00. Not very accommodating considering I spent thousands on the room . basically....they did not give a crap about helping us out at all”

“Place was rundown and outdated. Pool was down due to maintenance, shower had slow drain, bed sheets had hair on it and found roaches in my room. Key badge to get into would randomly stop working so I had to go to the front desk twice to reset them. I was told since the pool was down due to maintenance, I would be comp one night free but was later charged for that night. The next morning I found a homeless using the sprinklers near my car to bath. Please avoid this place at all cost.”
