“Amazing service and beautiful grounds, but rooms need an update. The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I also loved how functional and convenient the room amenities were—everything we needed was right there. However, I did notice that the facilities are getting a bit dated. “I believe they were understaffed. Person handling breakfast shift could not keep up. Ran out of dishes constantly and new plates/silverware put out were dirty. Staff at front desk left shift late at night and were already back mid morning the next day. It appeared they may be remodeling as I could smell paint and saw some painters. One of our rooms smelled like urine. The property has the structure to be nice and the breakfast offered was much better than other places. This truly seems to be a……
