"Stayed 2 nights. Beautiful casino. Actually had asked to be near an elevator but was given the last room down the end of the long hallway. We are in our 80’s and husband has breathing issues. Checked out and was storming like crazy, had over a 2 hour drive. Went back to ask if possible to stay another night and had a different clerk, she was amazing and because we had already stayed night before, found a room on the first floor, like only 3 doors down. She was so helpful and gave me a super rate, lost all comps because had been a while since last visited plus went through a third party for the first night but she honored the lower rate. Think her name was Camelitta."

"The room was clean and bed was comfortable. We were expecting a little more from Holiday Inn Express. No welcome gift. No evening reception. The room furniture was old and worn. Our room was very humid, even though we had the thermostat was set on cool, constant fan and 67 degrees. The staff was great! Very cheerful and helpful! Breakfast was very good!"

"We were on a road trip and had only about 4 hours to sleep, shower and get back on the road. The hotel was convenient for the highway, very clean, the front desk staff member was awake at 1:30am when we got in, friendly and polite, our room keys worked, the bed was comfortable and the shower effective. In the morning we were able to grab something to eat on our way out the door. No regrets!"
