"The house was family friendly. We asked for a travel cot, highchair and bed which they provided and this was very helpful. Tess and Ed left us some treats which were a lovely surprise to start our holiday. They communicated with us well. The location to the seafront is great. Only a few minutes walk there and to the park.Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we went back to Littlehampton. Thank you! "

"Shower did not work, sink in bathroom did not empty, strong smell of urine in bathroom. Old tired and worn carpet. Dirty windows. Dirty mouldy blinds Freezer full of ice and in need of defosting"

It is a well designed house with everything you can possibly need eg games , dog blankets , towels for the beach , all mod cons and a perfect size kitchen and lounge . Loved the massive TV . And the dog hamper and Christmas gifts were a lovely touch and Christmas decorations were superb . A perfect house we will be back xx"
