We loved it we hated the whole Universal theme park scene but just hung out in the Barracks most days and relaxed food in and close to the hotel is great and service is fantastic you can go to Vivo city food court for a huge choice of local cuisines or just relax at the hotel Ray ”

“My son was sick and they adjusted my room to a type with bathtub, arranged me to medical center and extended my check out time and sent fish soup to my son. Very considerate and the food was wonderful ! ”

“This is not the first time that I stayed in this hotel. I was satifsted with the variety of buffet provided during the lunch and dinner for the weekend and the lunch at Tuesday. My wife was also happy about this arrangement. The buffet is value for money especially with the 1 on 1 promotion i.e. buy 1 get 1 free in my usual terminology.”
