“The room itself was clean. I did not care for the amount of grills sitting outside of other rooms and the amount of people hanging out outside of our room. Kids were running up and down outside of our room until late and started back up at 6 AM.”

“Garbage,food, beer cans under the beds. Dried make up on the mirrors. Floors so dirty you would ruin socks walking on them. Just simply gross, disgusting, and unacceptable. Left after an hour and had our fill of bugs!”

“I paid extra for a bigger room, but the receptionist gave me a small standard one. When I demanded a refund, he rudely refused and said they don’t do refunds. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. Only after I made a scene did he finally give me the upgraded room — which didn’t even have a fridge, although it was supposed to. Terrible service!”

“Ac leaking water. Took 2 days to fix. Damp room. Mold in bathroom. Bathtub nasty. Will not stay again. ”
