“Charged me for my service dog”

“Do you want a room that has horrible lighting, broken top lock, a couch with suspicious looking wet stains, a hole that exposes the spring in the same couch, stained blankets, a not cleaned tub, no towels, boxers hidden behind a microwave, horrible lighting, and no staff to be found or they’re absolutely rude to satisfy your travel needs?? If so welcome to the bed bug motel, yes that is what I said the BEDBUG motel. This is my 5th time trying to submit a review with and without pictures. This……

“Very peaceful”

“As a returning guest, I only have positive things to say about staying at Pleasant Lane. The home is cozy and clean. Dani left treats for my dog and waste bags. The location is convenient to town and it’s a nice quiet place to stay. The back garden was full of pretty flowers. You can tell that Dani takes great pride in her beautiful home.I visit the area once or twice a year to see family and I’m always grateful when Pleasant Lane is available on the dates that I’m traveling.”

“I have stayed here 3 times now and I have never been disappointed or dissatisfied. The staff is the best! Everyone I met was friendly and helpful. Felt like home away from home.”
