“Not at all what I remembered from staying here years ago. Service is very poor. Food is average. Hotel public areas need a lot of TLC. For what we payed, I don’t believe it is worth it.”

“Unique setting surrounded by amazing rainforest. Stayed in the river view glamping tent. Common restroom/shower was very clean and just a short walk on lighted pathway from tent. Booked two nights, stayed only the first night. 2:10 a.m. and until daybreak a rooster decided to crow with all he had nonstop somewhere just outside the tent. Tried twice thru the night to locate it and run it off but due to dense rainforest did not succeed. Sleepless night, notified property first thing in a.m. and……

“We loved our entire stay in our deluxe room. A resort style boutique in a residential area. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room but it was really comfortable when we did. Uber/Lyft is very convenient and inexpensive to mostly everything. A lot of things are with walking distance as well. We will definitely stay at this property again! I would truly recommend for couples.”

“Nice and clean property with comfortable rooms that included a fridge, and in our case a patio shared with other guests. Rooms are super quiet and A/C worked really well; however, water pressure could have been better. We spent most of our time exploring the sites and eating out, so didn't really use the kitchenette or the tiny pool. The hotel is well located and there are loads of options within walking distance or a quick Uber ride away. Our room included parking and we thought that was……

“What an incredible place to visit! It is tucked in the mountains and so beautiful. Ricardo and his family are the best hosts ever. They were so thoughtful and kind. We loved all the pets and the breakfast every morning was wonderful. 100% recommend this place. It was perfect for us.”

“The property was very nice and staff was really helpful. I had an incident with a portable carbon monoxide that went off in the middle of the night. The security guard and front desk agent came right away and figured it out I had faulty batteries on my device. They reassured me CO levels were not present and explained how is monitored. Marangeli, Stephanie and others at Trova restaurant were very polite and pleasant. Now. I have to say the bathrooms on room 17 and 19 needs upgrading. Tubs are……

“Great staff and very helpful, awsome rooms for a quick sleep and cozy.. Air conditioning was great but I would have liked to have the room colder but there wasn't a remote control to adjust the temperature.”
