“Overall, we had a good time. However, our first day and check-in experience was disappointing due to an interaction with Jesus at the front desk.
The day before our trip, we called to request an early check-in since our flight was arriving at 1 PM. The gentleman we spoke with said it should not be an issue. When we arrived, a young lady informed us that our room was not ready yet, but that she would text us as soon as it was available.
At 4 PM, the stated check-in time, we went back to the desk……

“Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!!
Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it.
Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I……
