“We had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel. We booked two rooms, and both were extremely dirty. We found roaches, and there were hairs on the pillows and sheets. The bathroom was also filthy, and the air conditioning was leaking. We asked to switch rooms, but the second room was just as bad. We barely slept and tried to check out the next day, hoping for a refund. Sadly, they are refusing to reimburse us for the other 4 nights we didn’t stay. I would strongly advise against staying……

“The breakfast was phenomenal—plenty to choose from, not just cereal and pancakes. The staff was very helpful and always answered my questions. I would rate the room cleanliness an 8 out of 10; there was sand on the floor a few times, but aside from that, everything was fine—the towels and sheets were always clean. The only things I didn't like—though they weren't really a problem—were that there was no hairdryer and the coffee maker didn't work. But everything else was excellent; I honestly do……
