“When we checked in we found out that the Suite that we reserved was at least 250 meters down the street. The key lock on the metal gate was hard to figure out. Inside they only provided towels for 1 guest when clearly we booked 2 guests and so we had to go back to front desk. There was mold on the wall near the bed. The shower head sprayed all over the place and the TV remote controls - gave us 3 of them for 2 TVs and none of them worked.”

“Cleanliness, air conditioning, amenities, outstanding, room size very generous. Great room rate. However, deadbolt lock on front door not operational. Deadbolt cylinder was missing. Water pressure was weak/ very low. Upon arrival for Check-in, had to wait outside for 5-7 minutes until the return of the front desk staff. No Parking. Took 30+, driving around to find parking, thus dragging luggage from three block away. Hard to attain a true level of comfort.”
